The girl sank to her knees before him. She could not bring her eyes to look up into his. Confusion washed over her, but this just felt like a natural reaction. She did not even seem to care that the hem of her short skirt had risen high upon her thighs. She shivered slightly as she heard his chuckle. His voice was deep, a commanding tone that was not wholly unfamiliar to her as she believed. "I see you still know your place even if you have forgotten who you once were."
She lifts her head slightly, her soft silver eyes finally looking up to meet his. Her lips tremble as she speaks, "My heart knows you..." A warmth from the pit of her very being rising to color her cheeks. "My body knows you...My very soul is attuned to yours, but I feel that my lips can not seem to speak your name." Again he chuckles, "In time you will remember everything, my childe." He sighs, "Even those things that I wish I could take back, but you will still remember."
She takes a moment to steal a glance upward, hoping that he does not catch her. Forgetting her place, she raises up slightly on her knees. She reaches to brush her hand against his cheek. A smile crosses the girl's lips when she sees the sadness lift into a smile. He tells her, "You are fine, dear. I won't punish you for overstepping this time. I can see my sadness tears at you." She whispers back, "Will you guide me if I do not, Master?" He reaches down to brush his thumb lightly across her lips, his words sure and strong, " I will guide you, but I doubt you will need guidance in who you are. Your words speak what the heart tells you."
